With Eva Rucki and Sebastien Noel, Conny Freyer is a co-founder of Troika, a London based art and design practice. Troika's approach focuses on merging the arts and design disciplines, and her background in graphic and communication design complements her partners' in art, product design and engineering, to produce work born out of a love for simplicity, playfulness, and an essential desire for provocation.

Since establishing the studio in 2003 Troika's work has been exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum London, the Science Museum London, Tate Britain and the MoMA in New York. In 2010 Troika was commissioned to design 3 walkway installations for the UK Pavilion for the Shanghai Expo.
